Stephen I. Levine
Mr. Levine is the Managing Principal at IT Strategies and one of its founders. Mr. Levine consults to private corporations, regulated businesses, public agencies and trade and industry associations. His clients include managers directly responsible for information technology and business managers seeking to improve the utilization of technology within their operations.
In a consulting career that spans over three decades, he has worked extensively in the transportation, automotive, and pharmaceutical industries His forte is managing complex projects: identifying the underlying business goals and requirements, establishing the project plan, marshaling the resources, and overseeing the development and implementation.
Mr. Levine is also often called in to help clients manage Information Technology (IT) organizations. This includes initially establishing an IT organization and the governing policies and procedures, or restructuring existing organizations that have not met management expectations
Before founding Information & Technology Strategies, Mr. Levine was a Vice President at Mercer Management Consultants, where he headed that firm’s Transportation and Logistics information systems consulting practice.
Mr. Levine received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Pace University and did graduate work at the Baruch School of the City University of New York
