Cynthia A. Redel

Ms. Redel, a founding Principal at IT Strategies, is a senior management and information technology consultant. In her 30-year career, Ms. Redel has consulted with clients ranging from small start-ups to Fortune 100 companies within the automotive and pharmaceutical industries. Her practical experience is highly diverse: she designed innovative allocation and distribution processes for automobile importers, managed the implementation of SAP in its first use within US pharmaceutical sales and distribution, and implemented SAP in several pharmaceutical companies.

Her most recent focus has been on applying information technology to commercial operations in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and diagnostics industries.

Prior to founding IT Strategies, Ms. Redel was a Principal at Marsh McLennan’s Mercer Consulting Unit (Now Oliver Wyman).

Ms. Redel received her BS in Mathematics and a BFA in dance from Stephens College, Columbia, MO and her MS in Management from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA.
